• You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the content.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access the service in a way that could damage or impair systems.

AI‑generated outputs

Generated summaries and drafts may contain errors. Review before acting. We are not responsible for decisions made based on outputs.

4. Accounts & access

• Guest mode is available without registration. Some features may require an account.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

6. Fees

If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be provided within the app or on our website.

7. Intellectual property

We own the app, software, and branding. Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed £100.
